Exotic Mendhi Lighting

Hi All,

I am about to go and book the venue for my Mehndi wohoo! Found a really nice venue with LOADS of space for dance and all..

I’ve been looking for a place where it has nice lighting and this one does..

I wanted to know have any of you been to mendhi where they’ve used exceptional use of lighting during the dances and all.. I have some idea in my mind - but anything you guys have attended or even pictures/ideas will be helpful..

im planning on using a vendor that does special lighting..

What kind of lighting does ur venue provide??

Yeah, initially I was going to get an external vendor too, to come in and do it on the night except the main problem I was finding with that is I want a lighting routine made up for my dance performance etc - and I have the chance to do a rehearsal prior to the mendhi with all my dancers and a friend of mine who has kindly volunteer to do lighting will have the opportunity to play around with the controls and all..

Currently the hall has - stage lighting in different colours
And also the beam lighting with the four bulbs in different colour that go around the entire hall..

I am open to ideas - or if anyone has any videos where lighting was used real nicely..

I will be hiring a spotlight tho =)
