knowledge of the fact that one lives, goes thru life and then dies away.
still, it is nice to construct a life which is meaningful and in line with the grand scheme of things that the Maker has.
as a human being, it is good to be mindful of our end.

Its good to construct meaningful life, If its what one wants or feels in peace with. Secondly being meaningful doesn't necessarily involves maker(creator).
So its totally subjective when we talk about creator and meaningful life, because belongs to faculty of Art and God being an interesting concept created by humans.

I would like to build "intelligent/concious" machines, which could discuss interesting topics of philosophy with me, and where i could download my mind time to time when i'm ill or when i want to.

these machines will be a self-serving retreat for you, intelligent may be, but conscious is not a feature in their built yet.

personally... i wanna work in shakuat khanum one day inshallah, coz i know i will eventually settle in paki... plz pray that they open a branck in karachi soon!
oh... and i wanna raise pious kids inshallah so that they can be my personal sadqa jariyah when i leave this world (call me selfish :) )
