There is an exhibit of paintings from Pakistan on view from March 14 through June 29 in NYC. It’s refreshing to see more and more artists gaining popularity here (eg. Shahzia Sikander at the Whitney Museum). I try to go see works like these whenever I can. Has anyone been to this already?

Ah, art from Pakistan. Looks great. Makes me think about home back home. I feel so home-ly and homely.
Shazia has gotten a lot of critical attention. Her work is great. I haven’t seen any of her works yet, but I have read about it in the NYTimes.
