just couple strokes on ur face..the time it takes to do that..if too much it can damage the skin..i just use face cloth damp with jhot water soap rubbed into it..works like a charm..

no clue!!
Hot water will cause large pores in the long-run, soap strips the skin off of natural oils.
A manual exfoliant, (scrub) should be massaged onto clean, damp skin for about 2 minutes and then washed-off.
Pay special attention to the nose, forehead and chin area..
