I’m not too big on physical activity these days. I don’t think I’ve done anything that requires a little extra effort on my part since I left school more than a couple of year ago. I need to find my way back to starting routine physical exercise for at least 30 mins. I always join a gym and then never go. My problem is seeing how a lot of the exercise for women regimes are geared towards losing weight instead of just feel-good exercises. Pilates, yoga and such stuff I find doesn’t work for me. But I need to find something quick. Any suggestions?
I'll stick to my go one week and miss three weeks netball then.
Seriously, are there no such enjoyable fitness programs where you can excercise without losing weight?
I am the same, I havent done excercise properly since I was at school. I only go to the gym when I need to lose weight to fit into clothes for weddings.
There is no quick way to lose weight.
You should try to find a gym were there are tv screens so that you can watch tv while you excercise and you wont know how quick the time goes.
And you need to try different things, say badminton one day, netball another then aerobics so that you dont get bored doing the one thing.
And if you have a friend than can join you than that will make it more enjoyable and fun for you.
You can also get some good excercise videos, I have really good bhangra workout.
Have you tried swimming? It's a great form of exercise that you don't really feel while doing.
yeah swimmin is the best. cycling (not on the indoor still machine) is also VERY good. slow jogging does you wonders.
