Exercise

Re: Exercise

This thread is useless without pix :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously, I think you guys are missing a key point: SLEEP
Everything starts from the night before. You have to conquer your sleep cycle first. You got to sleep on time, the night before. If you are well rested then comes eating proper, healthy and proportional meals. All of it is a state of mind. Unless you are convinced and committed (aka sold) on it - it will always remain hard thing to do.

Once you adopt the right mind set, and hence the right habits (actually enjoy healthy food and not like sugar / fat etc) You will slowly increase your stamina.

btw, this is me now - its hard for me to work out now cuz got family and shiz :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Exercise

Great!
My Sleep is messier than anything else. I wake up several times. Sleep is full of dreams so I wake up a lot more tired than when I went to sleep. There’s no ā€œwell restedā€ for me. Haven’t been so for a very long time.

Re: Exercise

90 minutes
I know I need exercise, just not motivated enough I guess.

Re: Exercise

Does jogging on the spot burn calories ?

Is jogging on the spot for 30 minutes a day make it twice a day so you have 60 minutes a good way of excersing ??

Re: Exercise

Sorry, what do you mean by ā€˜on the spot’? Is it like staying at the same place while jogging? it’ll be too boring

Re: Exercise

Ye like you stay where you are and jog it would be boring but is it effective

Re: Exercise

it depends on you, how you want to fit, exercise is not very difficult in fact it gives you motivation to do any thing in your life
