Seriously, I think you guys are missing a key point: SLEEP
Everything starts from the night before. You have to conquer your sleep cycle first. You got to sleep on time, the night before. If you are well rested then comes eating proper, healthy and proportional meals. All of it is a state of mind. Unless you are convinced and committed (aka sold) on it - it will always remain hard thing to do.
Once you adopt the right mind set, and hence the right habits (actually enjoy healthy food and not like sugar / fat etc) You will slowly increase your stamina.

My Sleep is messier than anything else. I wake up several times. Sleep is full of dreams so I wake up a lot more tired than when I went to sleep. Thereās no āwell restedā for me. Havenāt been so for a very long time.
