Since both of us are lazy, you’ll understand when I say cross trainer is easy. There’s no thinking which exercise to do or not do.. No jumping or twisting.. No counting… Nothing. It’s the easiest thing available.
And no, I can’t go on a diet. I’m irregular when it comes to meals. Eating is a chore in itself, let alone thinking of all the healthy things to eat. I have included a few easy things to my diet.. Like flaxseeds.. For omega3
