God/nature has designed our bodies to require one hour, some say 90 minutes of physical activity a day. It really has to be a life long commitment. Merely eating healthy does not cut it. My doctor was saying that walking/running produces more endorphins than taking prozac. When i go to the gym it is swarming with skinny girls so it is not right to assume skinny girls don’t need exercise. You need strength and stamina for daily tasks anyways. Good for you for maintaining good weight and eating healthy.
