I look after myself by trying to eat healthier. No soft drinks or sherbets. No bottled juices except the sugar free kind once in a while. Been doing it for most of my adult life. But exercise! Not my cup of tea.
I think I’ll enroll in a gym for a month or so, just to get started. Will my body get worse if I exercised intensely for a month and then stopped all together? People say body gets worse if you start and then stop. I just need some toning.
