Exercise

I don’t do any exercise, nor play any sport. In the whole day I may walk for 30-45 minutes, (non-continuously) but not as a part of exercise. I am not lazy or fat; it’s just that I never actually thought that I should do exercise. I see a lot of people giving exercise so much importance that I want to start doing exercise. So what kind of exercises I should start with and for how long? Plus, how much concern should I be about my diet/food? Thanks guppies.

Join a damn good gym near ur place and ask coach the questions u askin here.. use proper timingz and be STRICT abt it.. its not abt life and death allrite ..ITS MUCH MORE imp then that.. :roman:
