eat less .. junk food ...... and eat at right times unlike animals ..eating 24/7 when ever they get a chance and have a sleeping routine ..cos it affects alot on the health ..... like eat 2 hours before sleeping at night cos in this time you food will digest... and oh ...... dont talk crap all the time where no one understands u most of the time ...... its bad for your health..
household chores... washing dishes, vacuuming.. you're constantly in motion and burning calories... or take up a sport as a hobby.. rollerblading, biking, tennis, etc..
oh one main think ..... read Namaz .. its such an excercise that you wont have to do any other excercise so long as you ve read 5 daily prayers cos it gurantees and hadith also that ...... its an excercise itself and every part of your body is in motion whilst in the state of prayer ....... not just phisically but also spiritually..........
