Exercise without knowing it!

Some ways which will make exercise a daily habit of yourz :chai:

  • run late so you have to run in order to catch your bus.
  • don’t take the elevator/escalater,instead climb the staires -isnt that so much fun :sadiyah:
  • park your car away from your work/skool/mall..so you have to walk:D
  • Use those annoying download times to get up and jog, or march or dance or jump on your bed :yahoo:
  • Give up drive-thru windows. Park the car and walk to the bank. Even better, park in some other bank’s parking lot and walk to yours.
  • Walk your cat or whatever animal you have. Your animal will love you & you’ll be getting a nice walk. :hula:
  • stop using the remote control & change the TV channels manually
  • Pray 5 timess
  • do ur homework-yess thats for ur brain :smilestar:

eat less .. junk food ...... and eat at right times unlike animals ..eating 24/7 when ever they get a chance and have a sleeping routine ..cos it affects alot on the health ..... like eat 2 hours before sleeping at night cos in this time you food will digest... and oh ...... dont talk crap all the time where no one understands u most of the time ...... its bad for your health..

you can’t change the channel without the remote anymore :bummer: the change channel button isn’t on the reciever :bummer:

household chores... washing dishes, vacuuming.. you're constantly in motion and burning calories... or take up a sport as a hobby.. rollerblading, biking, tennis, etc..

oh one main think ..... read Namaz .. its such an excercise that you wont have to do any other excercise so long as you ve read 5 daily prayers cos it gurantees and hadith also that ...... its an excercise itself and every part of your body is in motion whilst in the state of prayer ....... not just phisically but also spiritually..........

So who wants to do this Excercise ..I do .....

esp. if you have cabel :frowning: i guess theres no way…we can get up while we’re sitting.
