what is the right time for exercise ..
i mean right after break fast or after an hour or after 2 hours of lunch?i mean can i exercise after eating or can i eat after exercise?
i use to drink water or had some snack etc after exercise because i feel bit tired but my couisn said to me if u drink or eat after exercise u wont get benefit of exercise ..as jo burn hongi calories ya tummy ander jayega woh khane ya pene se wapis utna hi hojayega

Yes I am quit agree with your suggestion itโs an pretty idea. After exercise you need to get back you burn calories if you donโt feel week in your self
Staying properly hydrated is very important. And the time you eat doesn't really affect the pace of weight loss. You can eat whenever you want, as long as you're eating healthy and not going over your target calorie intake for that day.
