By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America , it is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. Any Iraqi Journalist and officials will only be allowed to wear underpants (and no other string of fabric or leather on their body) in the press conference and meetings with US president.
  2. Only by following by this order I would be safe from the shoes or other items ( if any ) thrown at me.
  3. This order has to be enforced by all nations of the world where ever there are Iraqi Journalist involved
