we're selling our house and I had this party coming down last min and noone else ws home to stick back to show them around
flat on the highway... /accident on the highway; by the time i ws even close to school, class ws already over
family emergency. period (don't blabber/ provide explanation after this one.. n act sombre :P
severe cramps... couldn't get off the bed!

Got in a car accident and the dr prescribed muscle relaxers which make it so I sleep all the time...
Migraine...
Grandpa died (seeing as how he's already dead, its not exactly a lie)...
Drs appointment (they usually only ask for a written excuse from Dr if you've missed several days already)...
Car wouldn't start...

this is what ive got
i got drunk and now i cant drive
my 3 year old turned off the alarm
my wife is 9 months pregnant and i cant leave the house
my ex wife called
i was high
the dryer broke down
this is what ive given
have to pick up family from the airport
slipped on ice and cant walk
got hit by a semi (this actually happend)
car got vandalized (also happend)
detained by the fbi for questioning (u guessed it)
ps. all of the above are fully aazmaye huayed

Tell you teacher you have personal (non shareable) things going on in your life and you are going to be late/leaving early on a regular basis. 
Worked for me :shoaby: with some teachers

Okay so in uni it's really easy to get out of classes- just dont turn up-no one chacks attendance in uni and out of tests... I once used the excuse that something had come up and I had to go home immediately, if he/she ask what problem say it's personal- I know OTT but hey it worked.
In scool I had loads of excuses for turning work in late- the one that worked all the time was, I had computer problems. I think all the teachers knew thta yr that my computer was down, lol! But I never got caught for it

I have heard the most stupid excuses one can ever imagine and actually caught quite a few of them!
Just a couple of weeks ago, one of my students emailed me saying he had a pink eye and won't be able to come to the class the next day.. I asked him to get me the doctor's note.. he never replied back and next day when I was heading towards the parking lot after the class, I saw him walking around. I approached him just to inquire about his pink eye.. THERE WAS NOTHING.. His face was red, obviously!
The most funny one was a student emailed me three times a a semester about his grand father's death..For the third one, I forwarded him his previous two emails.. he didn't talk to me for next two weeks. :D
One of my students got me a fake doctor's note and just by accident I realized that the date and time on the doc's note was the date of the exam while she was present in the class.. I just returned that to her asking if she took the exam 2 in the class.. her reply was YES.. I smiled and gave her the note back with the date circled and pointed out "and that was March 29th I believe.. right" the look on her face was just priceless!

i don't think i've ever made an excuse, i say i didn't do it, if they are nice they reschedule it, if not, i take the 0.
I got caught ditching once, but she was nice about it, just made fun of me for a bit and how'd she never would have pegged me as a ditcher prolly cuz im so introverted i guess, and everything went back to normal.

it depends on where u live and where do u go to school?? is this university or just high school? america or pakistan/india....there u can get away w.so much more...weddings, births, etc. (one time my hubby was absent for the entire semester and he came on the final day and teacher asked wher eu been...his freind screamed out he got married.....his techer said congrats ok fine...then he said why 3 months though...his other friend yelled out he had a baby too! teacher said ok congrats again...true story!! but this ONLY works in pakistan!!)
but if u are living here (us, canada, uk) hten good luck!! id say something female related cuz what will they do about that? but anything like drs appt or car accident they might want documentaiton....
do u have any relatives/friens who are doctors or work in any kind of office wehre they can give u a note on a letterhead?
ask urself if i do get caught is it really worth it in the long run???

well all these walk-in clinics write u a doc's note for like $20....
so if ure dying, u can pull that off i guess!
