according to jang newspaper,former cricketer ilyaas and father in law of imran farhat had some exchanged of " moo mari" in lahore as ilyaas said tht
“u r trying to destroy my son in law career” and he pointed his finger on the face of woolmer..i hope it was not middle finger

woolmer was extremely angry according to jang…pcb has started investigation..

oh man,where were the cameras…it will be hell funny to see ilyaas saying in his extremely bad english to woolmer “hey u gora admi,u destroyed my beti ka husband career”… as we all know ilyaas loves to speak english…

according to news report, M.Ilyas was sent back home by Abdul Hafiz Kardar from Aus's tour due to disciplinary reasons (in 50s) - that tells all about the guy i guess :)

This Ilyas guy is one of the most ANNOYING former cricketer in Pakistan, only the legendary Sarfraz Nawaz comes close. His commentary is pure comedy, he is obsession with english speaking and has a comical Urdu-Punjabi-bit of English accent.
I remember once there was a live show on PTV where he was invited(very good talk back show), one caller called and said something like this " Ilyas sahab se aik request hai meri, aap achi bhali baat kartay huay yeh English bolna start mat kijiye please, aap English ki taang tor k rakh detay hein, agar bolni nahi aati tou Urdu mein kya problem hai"
Unfortunately his Urdu is even worse than English:rotfl: . While commenting, the fellow commentator could not take it anymore and sarcastically said" Ilyas sahib aapki urdu misali hai, ilfaaz ka istimal tou koi aap se seekhay" in reply Ilyas goes " mujhay pata hai aap meri urdu ka mazaq ura rahay hein":hehe: :hehe: :hehe: .
