excessive thirst after..

i have same feeling after showers....probably dehydration and hot water !! !:/

OK I take like hot hot hot showers. I drink lots of water after that, but it doesn't matter since water is good for the body innit.

u should drink a glass of water half an hour before shower... its good for health....

yea it happens with me because i take hot shower and off course it dehydrates the body. but don't drink cold water immediately after your bath because this hot cold combination can cause serious harm to your body. Wait for like 10-15 minutes before having water.
