Hi guys, was wondering.if anyone knows any ways.of combating excessive phlegm? whether It is.desi.methods.or.otherwise…keep getting.blocked nose coughing up phlegm etc since i got a cold 3 weeks.ago..cold has gone but am.left with this issue. I am ashtmatic which is probably why Its taking me longer to recover i guess..but i dont know what to do to fix this..any help would be appreciated

Hey mucinex seems ideal but it dont think its available in the UK.. Thanks anyways
