Could any one recommend a good excess baggage company based in the uk?

there is one based at manchester airport who usually pick up from birmingham and other areas............
i can;t remember the name but it we ahve used it 3 times to send excess baggage to islamabad.............gets there in about 5 days or even less depending on what flights are going to pk.

Aslo, does anyone know a good ocean liner container to move the whole house? A friend is moving to Pakistan.
