I have been doing cardio (treadmill) atleast 3-4 days weekly for about a month now. But just recently i have started feeling muscle strains in my legs and i am wondering if it has to do with the my increasing the speed and inclination?. It’s not the first time i am excercising and have done it on and off all these years so it can’t be that my body is getting used to it or whatever!?!. Also, i hate wearing joggers anytime even while excercising so i use wear those flat comfortable full feet covering shoes (Lol) so is that ok?.
I think we can have this thread for everyone to share their concerns, problems they face while excercising. RIght?
P.S: I just love the Sandals in your avatar. Do you know where they are available?
awww every1 luvs them...i have seen similiar shoes in canada from aldo, nine-west, bebe....the style is pretty common but ya these colors r just too nice n quite rare eh.
