Yo sup nadzy!. Aight so do what this woman is doing for workout. Now what ya gota do is..take 5 or 10 mins literally out of ya're day to go brisk walk. And when ya come home..try doing some of these exercises which ya can do at home. Wish ya best!

What are scissor crunches? It has been 3 months and I have lost my pregnancy weight but can't seem to get rid of this small pouch on my tummy!! :(

I actually try to do a 100 of these non stop (am ready to give up by 80 but still continue and finish off). I’ve been doing them for over a month and can see that my obliques are defenitely more defined.
