That is foolish statement. 
Why should he pay tax on foreign earnings, especially when he was not even residing in Pakistan (since 2008 ā¦ when he made most of his money)?
Do you think people working in Arab countries, USA, UK or any foreign countries should pay tax in Pakistan on their earnings in these countries?
