The new ‘chase’? Nope, it was the same chase, just change of heart willfully or unwillingly. We have been capturing ‘top-taliban-leaders’ for quite some time now, how did they disappear in Pakistan? I am sure you know about that but are not going to say or admit it here.

Yes, the new chase. The new operations and the use of new weaponary with supplemented regular strength and new targets. Most of the Taliban leaders captured were handed over to the US, but it was seen that was a strategic mistake and now Pakistan doesnt hand over.

Im not upfront on the issue related to politics. I am more current on military strategic issues.

Siachen’s failure was the reason Musharraf overthrew Nawaz Sharif because Mushy failed on that front so he was afraid that he will get in trouble later on.

Siachen had nothing to do with Nawaz, The problem at Siachen started in mid 1980’s. If its Kargil issue that you are talking about, Nawaz got cold feet and ran to US and ordered a retreat for Pakistan Forces. Musharraf’s plan was going well until the orders of the retreat came.

Not everyone who wears uniform really serves the country, many of them are drunkards too… drunkards of “Islamic republic”. Its not the ‘internet junkies’ who are bringing shame, rather the drunkard army generals who have defamed the country and the religion. Army should’ve been a reputable institution like rest of the world’s armies, but no our army decided to take over the whole Pakistan, from government to corporations to educational institutions.

Yes, I agree, policemen,firemen,rescue workers…long list.Many are not drunkards, a few maybe. The internet junkies get most of the information spread on the internet, they donot bother to verify them or see such things with own eyes and then comment. Most of you people sitting online all day long donot know how military functions, the only information they get is through media which is usually coloured. Then there comes an explanation from ISPR or any other channel and then people choose sides. So the information funneling channel has to be a genuine one.
Generals have not defamed the country or the religion anywhere, its the media hype of political agendas stirred-up in your mind.
Like your comments of Army taking over, if you have an idea of why Army was given the responsibility of taking over certain Government sectors like WAPDA,PIA etc, then you would not be cribbing about it.

Now tell me, General Ayub, Yahya, Ziaul Haq and Busharraf… which one of these guys were court-martialed? They all broke constitution. The last one destroyed judiciary too. Now thats some reputation of army.

OK There is a JAG directorate in GHQ. If you are so interested and have links in this department, then consult them and prepare a case against these 3. They can give information and lend legal help also.
