Besides evolution theory has a big hole in middle, it does not explain why human race advanced rapidly in last 3-4 hundred thousand years, whereas dragon fly which is around for 65 million years still not able to, lets say invent a wheel. The conditions are same for all species, but why only humans managed to advance intellectually?

it is not the theory of evolution that has a big hole in the middle if that is your question - it is your understanding of it that has a big hole. the answer to your question is - niches.
