ISLAMABAD: The spokesman to Foreign Office (FO) Abdul Basit Khan has said there exist evidences in South Waziristan Agency (SWA), which speak volume Indian involvement in prevailing uprising and insurgency in agency, Geo news reported late on Tuesday.

Talking to Geo news, he said the evidences we found against India in South Waziristan included presence of Indian arms, bombs and Indian medicines; meanwhile, the evidences are being watchfully investigated.

“We have yet to entrust proofs to Indian government”, he added.

pure BS... i dont know why pakistani government whenever they say they have evidence doesnt provide further info to the media.. or present it to a different country... there was one picture i saw somewhere.. and was categorized as indian ammunition, but had chinese wordings on it... maybe the person didnt see that... anyway the spoof is out..

as a person on one hand i dont think indian agencies are involved... cos i doubt their capabilities.. but on the other hand i wish they were doing something for all the wars, conflicts and terrorism which pakistan had done to india prior to 9/11.... after which pakistan is trying to label themselves as the worlds only Saviour from terrorism.. ha

I am not surprised by this staement … if i were responsible for security in Pakistan and every second day there were bomb blasts, i would certainly blame it on some one … some one outside teh country for then i could take the plea that it is the “foreign hand”.

Now if you make this claim and beat around it is good … but when you start “showing” the evidence, well you should do some ground work. Atleast watch soem good Indian “Saas Bahu” soaps on how to put the blame on some one :smiley:

So let us have a look at the “visual evidence” now. It has been said many a times that Pakistani army lacks the “sophisticated weapons” that these terrorists are getting from across the border. Come on they are taking on the “might” of Pakistan army with all its wepaons and F-16’s and Cobra helicopter. So suely they must be having some “sophisticated weapins” … but what has been recovered so far …

Is it just me or you can also see the “Chinese” marking on the item next to these … also am impressed by these “sophisticated” weapons … they are “freshly” painted among all the seized weapons … trust whoseover sent these good quality control :smiley:

If you looked at the broader picture that was more zoomed out, the Chinese shell was part of large cluster of shells placed beside the Indian shells. The camera only made it look like the Indian ammo sign was in front of it.

You see? There is a long line of shells, and the “Indian Ammo” sign is only placed at the far left extreme of the line, in front of a small group of shells with English writing on them.

The Indian Ammo sign is very obviously not in front of the chinese shell you refer to.

Typical sneaky Indian ploy by you, only using a very zoomed in picture to support your position, and deliberately hiding the broader zoomed out perspective that reveals a different picture.

Look at the image below. The “Indian Ammo” sign is positioned at the extreme of the line up of shells, only in front of a half-dozen mortar bombs.

And you posted the wrong picture … here is the correct one … so please tell me apart from the “INDIAN AMMO” sign in front where do you see anything Indian about these shells … **88 mm HE Lot 07/88 **in what language does it mean “Made in India” :smiley:

I did not zoom any pictuers … they are the “kosher” ones released by Pakistan army !!!

Five shells !!! is that all … i thought 5 truckloads of wepaons were caught from Taliban and all you have to show for “Indian Ammo” is five shells … seriously are you buying this :smiley:

I didn't post the wrong picture, I posted a picture that showed the whole line of ammunition and made it clear which ones were marked as "Indian Ammo" . I was pointing out that of all the pictures, the only one you chose to use was the one that was zoomed in barely enough to catch the next section of ammunition beginning to the left, and then you made it sound as though that one was also tagged as "Indian Ammo" , whereas the photo I posted showed that only a section of shells was tagged this way.

The chinese and russian shells are all visibly old - they are all dented and corroded. Both China and Russia supplied the Northern Alliance so it's only natural that the Pakistani Taliban were able to buy old munitions from across the border.

These mortar shells, though, seem far from "freshly painted". They aren't even dented like the others, they look to be in fresh, perfect condition. Someone's been supplying them recently.

I'm sure that the dossier your government will be receiving shortly will have the details of how these mortar rounds are connected to India.

Let us hope that this dossier is finally sent and any misunderstanding is cleared. Though after the "Baluchistan Dossiers " set down i doubt there is anything going to be sent to Indians, but let us see.

What happend to the Baluchistan dossiers ... soemone here commented that it was handed to Indian's in Sharm el Shiekh (apparantely infront of him or soemthing) ..... later the foreign minister of Pakistan admitted there was no dossier given !!!!!

If you supplied with 200 shells by India, and you fire 195 at the Pakistan army troops attacking your position before you are killed in an air strike, how many shells are left that would be shown to the media?

My point is that there are any number of reasons why only 5 of the foreign shells fell into Pakistan Army hands.
