Its optical transition. when your eyes move focus from one object to another, the surrounding is absorbed into the pupil, and definition of colors and different objects are simultaenously transmitted to ur brain. This simultaneous absorbtion of colors and objects, causes the illusion that everything is moving. Because of the pattern and colors of these objects. when you look at one from another. THe transition occurs.
