May Allah (swt) dishonour all those who stand in the way of Al-Ghurabaa' (The Strangers)
JazakAllah!
1) Peace is impossible so long as there is unfairness between the people in this world.
2) Nothing is more unfair than the law that allows one person to own another as his slave.
3) So if one claims any law is recipe for peace, one has to examine it to see if it is progressive enough to allow prosperity to take root on the basis of fairness. Anything else and the claim will be clearly seen inconsistent with the evidence.
