that u want to be friends with someone and that person does not give u much importance?there is an acquaintance,i have always tried to be friendly and nice to her but she ignores me..i dunno y but today i am feeling sad about it that y people do like this :(..then may be people have some standards like they want to be friends with people who are richer and well off bla bla..i don’t know !!

She's probably either really shy OR has had this experience where her husbands' employees wives are trying to befriend her to help their husbands succeed at work.
waise I know how you feel.... but it helps if you think about WHY you want to be friends with someone? is it cz you think they can help you get ahead professionally? they have a big social circle and you're new in a country and want new friends? (which is understandable)?
Adult friendships aren't as "pure" or "simple" as the friensd you make in school/childhood.

its not that she is manager's wife that y i want to be her friend..i am not a kid and she can't help us get anywhere..its just that i like her,our hometown is same,she has many friends here and yes i am somewhat new here...
