Ohhh I’ve experienced it many times.
Once when I was around 13, had a fight with my brother (5 years older than me and about a foot taller at the time). I was so mad, I pinned him to the ground. Seeing how his life was in danger, he fled to his room and locked his door. I went after and tore the door down 
Just kicked the hell out of it. I was only 13. And it was a strong oak door.
Even today, that patched up door bears witness to this incident.
