Heart becomes "break proof" with few practices.

1. Frequent Zikr of Allah (s.w.t) and Darood Sharif.

**2. **The belief that this world is an exam hall and every mental, physical and spiritual pain we get is just part of the exam to test our patience and check if we are still thankful to Allah (swt) after going through intense pains.

3. Do good to others and NEVER expect anything good in return. Heart it broken when it gets anything it was no expecting.

4. *The first ayah of Surah fatah "Inna Fatahna laka fat'ham mubeena" acts as a spray for all the germs that are constantly trying to break our heart.

5. Doing everything for the love of Allah (s.w.t) and the Prophet (saw) gives us a reason to forgive the person who is trying to break our heart, intentionally or unintentionally.

I might be wrong in few cases. Allah knows BEST!

Because everyday I would see a beautiful girl and being the loyal husband I am, I would ask my wife if I can make that girl my girlfriend but my wife won't let me. That's what I get in return of my loyalty to her :(

I've never been heart broken from friends, not because they didn't deceive me at times, but because I was expecting friends to do that at some point in time, so it was not a complete shock to me.

yes i have been heartbroken, i was lied to and taken for a ride, i still feel like a fool today, even though im very very happily married.....

I think almost everyone has been heart broken at least once in their life. It could by anything from high school crush to secretively liking someone in your cute teenaged years or a serious breakup.
