I am not sure what they’ld give you in 20 to 30 lakhs. i mean the above decor is great but definitely not worth it. IF you contact other wedding planners in lahore ( and i’ve heard khi is cheaper) you can definitely get something equally good in half the price i.e 10 to 15. you need to fnd the last two on your own. These people are sophistocated, unlike some bigger names in lahore ( like nadeem -please dont go there). QYT is also very good. just not in everybody’s price range.
Well, 20 to 30 lakh is way way too much! QYT is well known for celeb weddings but I do think you can find a planner who can do something similar for a lesser amount.

Mani01, If your budget is around 3 or 4 lakhs for each day then it is pretty decent. You can get a superb setup in that amount as well. You need to set a few details, ask around, contact planners and you are all set to go. Are you going to have your wedding in Lahore? If yes, then do a city based search for venues and vendors.
I think you should make a list and think along these lines:
Number of events are you planning to have.
Number of guests you are planning to invite.
Names and contact info of planners/decorators.
Finalize the wedding outfit, makeup, shoes, jewelery, photography, videography, favours, invitation cards and their distribution.
I think you need to contact QYT first and ask them whether it is possible to get only the stage done by them or not. IMHO, the stage and dance floor in front are pretty standard nowadays and any event company would be able to do that.
I have contact info of many planners based in Lahore, just ask if you need more info.
Oh, it is good to be well prepared but the costs also depend upon the $$ rates as well. Hope the rates get affordable when you InshaAllah get married! :)
