For those in the UK… Can anyone recommend the best place to get an evening maxi dress which is long sleeved? This is needed ASAP. Thanks in advance

You just need to check out the delivery info pages.

Mango website states:
5 Courier deliveries outside the European Union
The cost of orders to be dispatched outside the European Union include all customs duties and other taxes, therefore you will not need to pay anything when your parcel is delivered.

House of Fraser:
If the international delivery is outside the EU, is it advisable to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country. Please check thresholds and duties for the international delivery address before placing an order.

I don't know how good the International delivery for either are but in regards to UK delivery, I order from Mango on occasion and from HoF very frequently and never had any problems.
