Minah I wasn't joking, and I may sound cruel but she brought the heart attack upon herself if you'll read what Saima had posted. Now, it is sad what's happening and I hope to never be in this position and I cannot comprehend the anguish her family must be going through, but my first statement is the first thing that comes to my mind when I hear of this case.
