The US attack against Afghanistan was justified, and was the best thing to happent to them. So, I'm not sure what you are referring to.
As for Iraq, it was a war of choice. The US broke it, and is trying to take care of.
What amazes me is that the rest of the world would rather see the US get a bloody nose than help the Iraqis.
What difference are you talking about? The EU and Arab world talk about how bad the US is, why are they not doing anything in Sudan? More people are dieing there than anywhere else in the world? Why isn't the OIC doing anything? What I am saying, Captain, is if you don't have a spine, sit down and shut up.
