Europe or Canada?

Assalam-o-alaikum,
I am here in the US on a short-term visa but in the long-run I want to settle down in Canada or Europe and sponsor my entire family. As a muslim, it’s hard to live in a non-muslim country- so I have to give a lot of thought before I make biggest decision of my life. I have heard that countries like UK, Holland, France, Germany, Canada, Denmark are very muslim-favoring countries. Our neighbors’ son in Faisalabad lives in Bradford, UK and he tells non-muslims rarely visit Bradford and some countries allow separate Sharia law for the muslims. Plus, these countries don’t take/like Indians(another factor in deciding which country I should migrate to). Friends say, Canada is the best as they start citizenship process immediately. Please advise.

Thanks!

Re: Europe or Canada?

did u ever question Sharia law in Pakistan? or did u ever ask anyone what law and order they are following there?

i dont get why ppl over react that someone is living abroad, and get very nitpick about the things which they never ever considered thinking in Pakistan.

you should practice Islam say no matter where u are living…ppl in Pakistan dont even bother to read the ingredients and often get to eat something which they are suppose to eat:disgust:

o hello, yahan in mulkoon main insaan he rehtay hain.

france has hijab ban, holland h
UK, US and Canada you are free to practice your faith.
There isa large number of muslims..Turks in Germany and they do okay
France has a large number of muslims too but they have complained about discrimination quite a bit.

there are ghetto parts of brandford which are generally populated by lower class uneducated pakistanis and yeah, forget whites, other Pakistanis dont go to many of these areas.

I am really note sure who is feeding you that crap.

Canada has more indians than Pakistanis.

Your concern should be more about who will take you and where you have an ability to integrate better and do better for your family, whether or not they like indians makes zero difference, and I am really not sure what impact presence or absence of shariah laws will have, the places thathave them they are for family stuff

Woah! you gotta set your priorities straight. With this haughty holier-than-thou attitude, you're going to have major problems assimilating in any western country.

Re: Europe or Canada?

well the bit bout pakistanis and indians not talking to each other could not be further from the truth..!!!

Re: Europe or Canada?

ppl who haven't lived in Canada you don't know what its like!
They don't humiliate muslims even on most delicate levels of intellect.

Re: Europe or Canada?

The muslim experience in canada is just one factor, he wants shariah laws, prefers areas where non desis dont come, is looking for a place where indians are not liked etc.

you take him. please. straight to missaussauga

Re: Europe or Canada?

thinking of dollars in sharia environment, may be asking a bit more than possible.
If you like to have good profession and countries laws somewhat closer to sharia then try Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, UAE countries, Libya, for example. They pay good money to professionals. Canada and UK is getting behind in economy and development, we are not seeing right now but in the coming years it will be very visible.

since 2 years ago :snooty:

Re: Europe or Canada?
