And France are taking revenge for the WC final loss by beating Italy 3-1

apparantly Italy was overrun by France and they wer lucky it was only 3-1 and not the Germany-San Marino score

san merino should stop playing footie, sad thing is that they can still prolly beat up Pakistan..wonder what theri ranking is compared to pakmanland, too lazy to find it on fifa site

Italian coach is in a pickle straight away. He has big shoes to fill (since Lippi has left) and he has made the worst possible start with a draw against minnows Lithuania and a comprehensive defeat to France.

i liked donadoni as a player, he was magnificent technically, and since I had the same position, he was in some ways an idol..but err as a coach he aint getting it done.

france beat italy 3-1 some consolation i guess for their loss in the final..i think they were the better team that day too
