Now about the HOL vs. GER match: Well to be honest we thought a 2:1 defeat won't be to much since we may win against Latvia And the Chechs ...... but the way our 11 played or better say fought they deserved to win but then we're playing against some high skilled players and Van Nistelrooy showed us why ......
I hope we can defeat both Latvia and the Chechs with a better margin than the Dutchs to end up on top of the table

holland were fortunate to get away witha point, the gemans had them all over for the majority of the match, with quality possession and passing, hollan dhad guys like dravids hittinf the ball in deep but they couldn't break down the german defence which isn't the strongest in the euro champs' by far.
ruud van nistelrooy took his goal very well but the geramn defence went wayward??? the full abcks' were backing up from the holland midfielders, u can't afford to give that much room to the opposition. overall a disappointing start for the dutch who have a habit of cocking up in the majors'.
there is so much talent in the holland's lineup but they can't play football as a unit anymore, there were moments of brilliance from holland on the flanks against germany, on the centre of the pitch they couldn't keep the ball or play one touch type football or even manage a string of passes... nistelrooy can't save their a$$es every day. they need to pucker up to beat the bigger boy's in the 2nd phase of the tornament, which they should reach afterall their group isn't the hardest compared to the others'.
Germany made Holland look bad - that doesn't happen just by accident.
On top of it Germany should have gotten a penalty kick if the ref saw Stam kicking Kuranyi's face.
i wish the German team would start 18 year old Lukas Podolski - he is the German equivalent to Rooney but possibly better at least a much better temper.
that kid scored 10 goals as an 18 year old in his first 18 Bundesliga games. Didn't even start one of them - that's an unmatched record for a player that young.
Outside of this Germany has the best midfield in the tournament with Ballack, Frings, Schneider and Hamann. There is no argument.
i am just glad Bayern afterall doesn't get Deco now so they will definately keep Ballack.

Whoaaa, Talha lets not get carried away. Germans have the best midfield?? What about France, even English midfield is more innovative and creative than German. Only creative German player is Ballack. Rest are just holding players.
