what is the legal basis in islamic law ? I mean in the preislamic middle east there was a long tradition of capturing young boys castarating them and turning them into eunuchs that continued in almost all Muslim dynasties.
but what is the Islamic law say on this ? Did the ulema of that time protest against this practice ?
