Eulogy of a Watch
**I went to the store one day, ** And I saw you there - How fragile, precious, and just so beautiful you looked. I just wanted you to be mine, So I bought you.
**You told me when it was, ** You told me exactly. Sometimes you drove me crazy, But I held on to you, Or you held on to me!
You moved every second, You moved every minute, And you moved every hour. Tick Tock! Tick Tock! Tick Tock! You went on and on and on.
But one day, you stopped there, And I just stalled there, Waiting to hear another Tick Tock! I just thought of all the moments, All of the seconds, minutes, and hours that you gave me!
