**The European Commission’s competition authorities have warned British Airways, American Airlines and Iberia about their transatlantic alliance.**The regulators launched an investigation in April into their plans to jointly manage schedules, capacity and pricing on transatlantic routes.
They also looked into whether the three planned not to compete on the sale of transatlantic tickets.
The three airlines are members of the One World alliance.
