I recently used this service. It was quite good. The delivery was a bit late but that wasnt their fault as the whole nation was in a kinda of lockdown on the 28th dec.
The only complaint i did have was one of the eateries ( Some ferrero rocher chocs namely) seemed to be either out of date or fake…as they tasted funny. Needless to say i wasnt laughing!!!
But apart from that service was good. Support is good. Prompt reply. You can even pay by paypal though it didnt work for me!
Id give them 6/10
