You must b kidding dubai airport is the most idiotic airport ever . yes its has nice shops n looks like a european airport. bt service n staff r nothing but plain dumb
in october we took a flight from london to dubai , we were gnna stay there for 2 days . my mom who was in pakistan also took a flight from pk to dubai to meet us.
we landed at 7 and she was also supposed to land at 7:30 .
so we waited n waited n waited FOR 5 HOURS ! bt her flight did not land.
another problem ws dt we cud nt gt in contact wid her bcoz u hve to gt dis dumb etisalat card to call from ur mobile n her number ws nt working.
ok so we go up to every desk possible asking them abt this flight from pakistan n they tell us yeh it will land dont worry no info at all.
we ask them a million times is this the only terminal or is there another one and they say no this is the only one.
we waited for 5 hours until we eventually gt in touch wid my mum to realise dt she ws on the other terminal. yes another terminal exist . bt no it has no connecting route . it takes a good 20 mins to drive from terminal to terminal 2.
n d hotels n d taxis r a whole other story.. yes it has some nice sighseeing spots n its pretty nice bt some areas r just plain bad.
