Ethnic foods

So which cultural or ethnic foods do you like more?

I like shawarma or chinese especially orange chicken, hot and sour soup in italian egg plant parmesan. And Pakistani biryani and haleem are my favorite. And in Indian food bhel poori chaat, sambar.

I like all foods except ‘Ghobi’ I hate it.
