ethics of caring

how often and how much does one care about one’s spouse?

any ideas of spicing up the love life - without mere intimate physicality?

Re: ethics of caring

A lot. Especially, in normal marriages, males care a lot about their ladies initially. Ladies have a different agenda programmed in them. After they are happy with the security of their marriage and having a few children, they don’t care about their better half unless the security of the marriage is at stake. Due to the selfish nature of most desi ladies, the only thing they care about after marriage is their own happiness.

The only idea of spicing up the love life is to stay away from marriage as long as the love lasts.:flower1:

Re: ethics of caring

jump on him, kiss him all over

learn to be best friends

and keep challenging each other.
don't become dumb
intelligence is sexy

and as far as how much does one care about their spouse,
it depends on the marriage.
but if two people love each other, i do think it's possible to adore each other forever

i miss him :(

Re: ethics of caring

spicing up the love life needs imagination and anything tat makes u both happy is fine.
not everyone hav da same idea of exciting moments together.
sometimes juz doing da things u did before da kids came along is enuff to bring back da romantic memories and mood ;)

witchdr are talkin thru experience? :D

Re: ethics of caring

Hi Nisa! Selamat sore. Apa Kabar. Well! Someone has to counter-strike the mentality displayed here :D. We desis grow up in similar atmosphere. So if men are so bad, the women have to be at least equally bad if not worse. Courageous and brave people stand up and accept their mistakes and make and effort not to do it again. Most of the ladies here do not see any problem in themselves. That is a recipe to self destruction. Take responsibility of what state you are in and try to improve from there. That should be the motto for everyone. God definitely help those who try.

there's where the confusion starts ...,

Re: ethics of caring

Niyal, so there is hyprocracy on both the sides. Which one is better? Neither. I actually don't agree completely with the above. There is a lot more than what meets the eyes.

Re: ethics of caring

when did i say that men were better than women or vice versa .. all i said was the difference in approach towards the same direction :faizy:

Re: ethics of caring

Caring about one's spouse is something that is an every day thing and every moment thing. It's about respect in everything you do and say, being mindful and aware of the other's feelings and needs. My husband and I have been married for 6 years and don't say "I love you" everyday like we used to. But we actually love eachother even more than ever. It's not the words that matter but the actions.
