Its always easy to be righteous about this kinda issue until you're in the situation yourself. You do need to tell them at some point, definitely, but it's still up to the person with the condition when this is told and in what way. I'm not saying hide the condition until the wedding is done and dusted, definitely not, and it should be told to the prospective partner - BUT, there's no need to tell every tom, dick and harry - it really is between the two partners, and should be at the stage when things become serious so that they can best make their decision to go ahead with it or not.
