**A suspected member of the Basque separatist group Eta has appeared in court on alleged terrorist offences following his arrest in London.**Garikoitz Ibarlucea Murua, 29, is wanted in Spain for allegedly taking part in street violence.
He appeared before City of Westminster magistrates an extradition warrant and the case was adjourned until 22 March.
Eta, a designated a terrorist group by the European Union, wants a separate Basque homeland in northern Spain.
It has been blamed for more than 820 deaths during its 41-year campaign.
Mr Ibarlucea was arrested in Soho, central London, on Sunday under a European arrest warrant.
