I am way behind with my legal documents.

I know I need the following

WILL

  1. Living Will and/or;
  2. Living Trust and/or;
  3. “Last Will and Testament”

Power of Attorney

  1. Durable Power of Attorney and/or;
  2. Financial Power of Attorney and/or;
  3. Medical Power of Attorney

My question is whats the difference between each item under both types of documents?

Also, I am considering the following software/services to prepare the documents:
