Establishment with Jung Group has decided to get ride of Zardari than Nawaz Shariff. So in comming days we would be hearing more about corruption first of Zardari after he is gone we will hear about corruption of NS. And finnaly the virdict will be in favor of muala military allience.
Re: Establishment
That seems the case, Iltaf Hussain's statement is interesting in the context, He said that if the Ihtesaab is only done of people from small provinces than it will lead to more sense of alienation. He was referring to the same so called Ihtesaab, plotted with all the players involved to get rid of Zardari.
Punjab cannot tolerate some one from small province on the seat of power, and their lust for power is sinking the country in such crucial times, they are playing the justice game..
Everything is a big conspiracy
Punjab humein phir kha gaya..
Re: Establishment
long march main sath partner ko khush bhi tou rakhna hai:D:
cant beleive in Pakistan justice is so involved in politics and govt.bussiness
might be some day chief justice orders for transers of officers and change the ministers.
he is looking for PM or PD seat
Re: Establishment
it has nothing do with Punjab, If zardari is currupt or in-efficient along with his huge army of Punjabi and non Punjabi ministers. I dont think credit goes to Punjab in making them what they are.
PM is Punjabi, So is Nawaz Sharif, so the idea that punjab doesnt tolerate a non punjabi in power seat is just sham.
get a life and get some other excuse to defend the in defensible - AAZ.
Justice is doing what our courts should have been doing since day one instead of just obeying the governments.
zardari is currupt or in-efficient
Qurban jaoon teri sadgee par :)
Fellow we are talking about Pakistan and you believe that Curroption is the reason for Zardari's down-fall, Let me clarify you that Pakistan is 42nd most corrupt country in the world, these ranks are recently improved (becoming more corrupt) in 2009.
Now Media/ SP / Noon League people tend to sound like they are living in some first world country, they infact are imitating some first world corruption media drama, since in first world corruption is really a rare animal ...
There is no silver bullet to kill the werewolf of corruption, If your rank is 42 out of 180 countries than, surely the problem of corruption is very deep rooted and will need some real work at the level of masses.
Zardari is right now representing the unity of the country, Punjab might win the Govt but they may loose the Country, and this stupid gang don't realize that..
Re: Establishment
What we need is a revolution.
It will be bloody but mercifully short (i hope :)) out with all this swamp-bog-house politcs and in with something more of what those like Qaid e Azaam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Liaquat Ali Khan had in mind.
Afterall look at our stagnant state a revolution should clear up things and a good worthy candidate should take over after fresh elections or a great consensus of some kind. Besides with all this innocent blood on our streets anyway how bad could a decent revolution be?
I reckon it would take something like that to change our state to something meaningfull. Face it until some brave son of a mother makes his stand and clears up this mess, nothing will change...... the fat will get fatter, and the poor will lose thier shirts.

In your hate against Punjabis you have lost your ability to use your head!
Who has to do Ihtesaab, I think it is the duty of the government. If they are not doing their job why are you blaming Punjabis.
Punjab and Punjabis have nothing to do with Zardari troubles. He himself opted to take concesions against crimininal allegations from NRO. Being a law against the spirit of law of equal justice it has been rightly turned down. Now Mr. Zardari who should have himself opted to face the law on moral grounds, might have to face the law on legal grounds.

I don't hate Punjabis, I do have many Punjabi friends, but that doesn't stop me to see what establishment and Punjab is doing as a province..
Regarding Ihtesaab here is something that i had written earlier, you can see why i believe that Zardari and small provinces are being victimized here.

What's wrong with the democracy, why everybody is hoping for simplistic magical solutions, why can't we look into detail and solve problems there.
Democracy is working for majority of the world, and we are no different. We are politically addicted to simple solutions, there are no easy ways out. Whatever happening right now is part of the process, the wrong thing is that there is lake of direction from the part of Govt, but still there are small hopefull things as well.
There is alot to learn for everybody, the establishment and Punjab has to learn as well..
Words, so your hatred of Punjab justifies all the money laundering Zardari was involved in? FYI I guess Musharraf was a Punjabi too for he opened alot of these cases against Zardari right? All this 'esablishment' is doing is reopening them because the retarded General after spending millions in prosecution fee pardoned Zardari.
Your hatred and dragging of Punjab merely shows how the PPP is playing the Sindh card, and how their buddies in Govt the MQM will continue to support them and divide the country.

Again, setting aside your hatred for Punjab, yes democracy works but provided its followed properly. Murderers and money launderers cant be pardoned and made presidents after a few months by meddling with the legislature through military coups.

Your mention of the hatred so many times, makes me believe that there is some sort of guilt inside you, which is raising to the surface. If I'm wrong, why you care if i hate or not, why not you target what i'm saying, but you can't somehow.
Regarding cases of Zardari, i already provided a reponse, in a earlier post:

*****Now What I'm suggesting here is that, those who are working against zardari, have no intention to remove corruption, since for that you need so much work at ground level with right kind of policies, Corruption and cases are just used as a tool.
But i'm more surprised at those, who imagine themselves living in first world country and showing same kind of shock at corruption, while they might be practicing the same each day.**

Let me ask you a simple hypothetical question:
*Is it possible for someone to criticize Punjab without making you think that he is hating Punjab?
*
If not, than this means that whoever criticizes, either to make it better or not, is in your opinion hating Punjab, which is obviously wrong.
If Yes, than criticism isn't enough to conclude you that he hates Punjab..
So you see, Mr half Vulcan that in both cases you are wrong..

I am glad that you have clarified that you are not Punjab hater... I believe you>>
Zardari represents the country.. and the unity of the country... I thought we all agree that Jinnah was the symbol of unity>>>
let's support Jinnah who had no criminality to symbolize this unity.. we cannot base our unity on criminality....

There is no comparison here, Jinnah is symbolic leader and nobody is denying that.
But you see, Jinnah was the same un-controversial symbolic leader in 1971 when this country get divided in two, one can't ignore the issues at hand.
Now zardari is right now facing a plotted prosecution right now.*** ***What I'm suggesting here is that, those who are working against zardari, have no intention to remove corruption, since for that you need so much work at ground level with right kind of policies, Corruption and cases are just used as a tool.

My friend as patriotic Pakistanis we should never and never try to justify one wrong with another wrong...
We should condemn the criminality and corruption practiced by anyone who-so-ever.. irrespective of ethnic, religious, on what-so-ever grounds...
We all muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, shias, sunnis, should unite ourselves as pakistanis against criminalities and wrong doings... it should be our common cause...

Criminality is offcourse wrong, but we as a nation are quite corrupt and need to work really hard at different levels to get rid of it. It will surely be a gradual process and will take time, if attempted..
But let me tell you that mutual trust of the units of federation is a more vital issue, infact an urgent one.
If we are plotting a prosecution against an elected president, and for no good reason (since Govt minus zardari will be as/more corrupt as with zardari.) just to gain control, than we shouldn't expect that this will not effect the unity of the country, it's a fact that the rest of the provinces are looking at zardari.

Nobody is looking at Zardari or anyone for that matter as the saviour of the country.
We need strong institutions to bring a positive change in our country.
Nobody is plotting Zardari's prosecution. If he had nothing to hide why he took the NRO in the first place. As his legal defence is weak he himself is shouting conspiracy, more like chor muchaye shor!
On moral grounds he himself should present himself to the courts to decide the criminal cases against him. Please note these cases are criminal cases.
Again I totally disagee with you that people of small provinces are looking at Zardari, and want to give him blanket amnesty against any past, present or future crimes. Today the people of all the provinces are infact looking at the judiciary to establish a rule of law in the country.

There is a Czech Proverb, which exactly describes the situation of Zardari. **
The big thieves hang the little ones.**
The media trial and other trials against zardari are politically motivated, I provided the reasons for why i believe that, but including you no body has addressed them, and still you maintain that there is no prosecution, As a reference i'm pasting those remarks again here..

What do you mean, people are looking at judiciary, Are you suggesting politics is literally dead in the country??
And it's rather naive of you to think that judiciary alone can bring any change in the country, why you think people commit crime, just because no one is punishing them ?
