Could someone recommend me a good book for writing essays. Like research essays and stuff. It needs to be understood by a 10th grader, as well as a university student. I looked up research papers for dummies, but it was too specific. So any help in this matter would be appreciated.

ahh mrs. loti, i can go and google it. and i will surely find tons of tips on how to write it, but perhaps unbeknowst to you, i will also hit upon atleast a million search hits. and i happen not to have that much time that i can filter through them all. therefore, i want to use the intellects of the guppers here, to steer me in the right direction.

Every paper we write, we have to upload onto that website, and if seraches through an inifnite number of databases, finding similiar sentences or paragraphs, and after highlighting those sections, it goes to the teacher, who then figures out if it has been plagiarized.

i don’t need to copy paste essays! i like being in university. i meant a guide! a how to book. like what should go in the intro, what should go in the 2nd para…so on and so forth. i need it for my bro. the school systems in ontario suck. they really don’t teach you how to write essays. therefore i need a way to teach him to write an essay, without making myself hoarse by all the yelling.

ahh that’s more like it.
ofcourse the stuff would be typed. i just meant that the way to write a proper essay…that stuff i wanted in a book…so it’s available all the time. i want him to start writing a rough draft…and then typing the final copy. the kids of today are so lazy…
