i wana cry sooo hard 
i got this kali mhendi especially made from pakistan. they only make on orders and not the entire pack is burst and it ruined my entire design :crying.
n the other one is sooo liquid that i cant even make any design from it. my mother will be really really happy to see all that kuchra i made on my hands

it's not that bad I've seen worse.
Some times once you start a new mehndi cone it's quiet runny, so I take all that water out until I get a nice consistency, you can try that and do the back of your hand better.

Zobia, "black-henna" is not actual henna and it's a dyeand it often splits pigment and activator. It's harmful, avoid it :)
