Error while posting

Why everytime I’m get this error while posting/clicking the post button..

“Warning: Only variables should be passed by reference in …/newreply.php on line 389.”

Any help guys??

And this one too by clicking own profile button..

lately mine works too, but, this problem should be solved.. Technical team must find solutions for these errors...

using internet explorer 9 on windows phone version 7.8

If I remember correctly the admin had replied in one of the other threads about this error that he's working on this. Like Ethan said, it does appear for a couple of sec and then vanishes.

Then someone should have shared that thread.. In my case it remains on the page and stretches it too wide that I can't read anything then, so I have to refresh the page every single time when posts :-\

hopefully it'll be solved soon InshaALLAH...
